Grand Bargaining with Iran

She's good at bargaining the price down.

Developing country delegations in multilateral trade negations have become active in forming bargaining coalitions.

Bargaining over the economic surplus is often open ended, especially if competition is weak. Where employees have high bargaining power, the profits pie is constantly up for re division, both within the firm and at the national level.

The situation is markedly different if parties with clearly unequal bargaining power contract with one another.

It is clear that in this context, the contracting parties are not of equal bargaining power.

In the manufacturing industry, this reputation as a TNC is equally important in a bargaining context.

Pakistan is party to ILO Conventions 87 and 98 on Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining respectively.

Many, many institutions are still in denial, but we're seeing recently a lot of both anger and bargaining.

And in the end, there's better bargaining between the authorities and citizens, and democracies, capitalism everything else flourished.

The Panel recommends that African nations put their bargaining power behind multilateral trade liberalization at Doha and beyond.

In certain bargaining situations, weakness and the threat of collapse can be a source of power. To take a well known example, if you owe a bank 1,000, the bank has power over you but if you owe the bank 1 billion, you may have considerable bargaining power over the bank.
