C. Commonwealth of Independent States

That is the Commonwealth way.

The course would be convened in Sri Lanka, from 16 to 20 May 2005, in cooperation with the Government of Sri Lanka and relevant international organizations, such as the Commonwealth Secretariat.

The South South cooperation programme under the aegis of UNIDO and partners includes India (low cost housing), Malaysia (technology and investment), Japan and the Commonwealth Secretariat (triangular cooperation in both cases).

It is theoretically possible that the later Commonwealth legislation inconsistent with the Act could be enacted by the Commonwealth Parliament.

In furtherance of those objectives, efforts are under way to establish a regional leadership training institute for Caribbean women in politics, an undertaking that was the result of a workshop organized by the Commonwealth secretariat and other partners.

In her capacity as independent constitutional adviser to the people of the Territory, with funding provided through the Commonwealth Secretariat, Ms. Quentin Baxter, after a wide ranging consultation process, presented an issues paper in October 2002 entitled St.

We commend the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea, the Office of Legal Affairs, the Government of Ghana, the Commonwealth Secretariat, the African Union and the International Seabed Authority, which have jointly organized the course.

Those programmes complement others undertaken in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, such as the United Kingdom funded Sustainable Fisheries Livelihoods Programme, the Global Environment Facility of the United Nations Development Programme and the Commonwealth Secretariat.
