An insurance holding (group) company may, by referring to these Guidelines, set down the compliance policies and conduct norms for employees and marketing staff of the group.

According to information that the new business groups not only maintains the advantages and characteristics of the vertical field with deep culturing to retain the original Corporate Development Group (CDG), Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG), Technology and Engineering Group (TEG), and WeiXin Group (WXG), but also focuses on the merging effect to newly establish Cloud and Smart Industries Group (CSIG), Platform and Content Group (PCG).
