Health professionals often lack respect for young people, and the young often do not trust the professionals.

Secondary schools are public schools school buildings and education professionals' salaries are provided for from the Republika Srpska budget, and material costs are paid by the local community.

Although universities develop and hone the skills of these professionals, primary and secondary education ignite the interest of, and lay the foundation for, pupils to pursue these professions.

All decision making concerning a child's care, health, education, etc. must take account of the best interests principle, including decisions by parents, professionals and others responsible for children.

The launching of each of these activities will involve a formal presentation, which will be attended by the highest authorities of each branch of education, teachers, training professionals and pupils
