Under the CONSENSUS Program (a part of the PHARE Program), for support of legislative reforms in the area of social protection in countries of Central and Eastern Europe, there has an analysis made of the compatibility of the legislation of the Republic of Macedonia with the EU legislation in the area of social protection from the viewpoint of gender equality.
