VII. Revised cost estimate for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998

4. Practical cost effective methodology to permit the CST to update the inventory of networks on a regular basis

The cost estimate provides for additional requirements for electricity for nine identification centres at an average cost of 4,000 per month, or 445 per month per centre.
