Moreover, the Regional Court handed down its judgement in open court.

The Higher Regional Court declared the award enforceable.

However, these were not the only considerations addressed by the Regional Trial Court and the Supreme Court.

The Regional Court confirmed this decision on 20 December 1995.

On 16 September 1998, the Regional Court refused her request.

6. Invites regional organizations to consider concluding cooperation agreements with the International Criminal Court
