On 25th November 2004, commemoration day of violence against women, the General Secretariat for Gender Equality publicized data from a study on Domestic Violence Sample statistical development of data on women's abuse (Annex B).

In 2004, the State Statistical Committee did work to introduce gender indices into statistical reports on agriculture.

This is done by assessing national statistical capacity to report gender statistics to the international statistical system.
