Examples include the facilitation of joint ventures and technology co operation between members of the private sector in Annex II and non Annex II Parties, or technical advice on promoting and adapting technologies for use in non Annex II Parties.

The Technical Annex provides a number of detailed and potentially useful practices for the marking and fencing of mined areas.
