The Board of the Central Bank appoints the head and members of the sub division.

The Board decided to discuss simultaneously item 4, including sub items (a) to (h), and item 7.

Under sub item 4 (d), the Board had before it proposals by the Director General on the Working Capital Fund for the biennium 2006 2007 (IDB.30 3) and PBC conclusion 2005 5. The Board considered a

Under sub item 4 (e), the Board had before it five reports by the Director General on candidatures for the appointment of an External Auditor (IDB.30 5, Add.1, Add.2, Add.3 and Add.4).

As per Executive Board decisions 1997 18 and 2003 13, UNICEF will maintain an allocation of at least 50 per cent of programme regular resources to sub Saharan Africa and at least 60 per cent to LDCs.

The Board of Trustees noted with satisfaction that, thanks to new contributions from previous and new donors, appeals by the High Commissioner, the Board and Fund secretariat and recommendations of the Sub Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights and the Working Group, it had been able to recommend 25 new grants in 2005.

In paragraph 153, the Board recommends that responsibility for reporting the revenues and expenditure of the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Fund and its sub account be transferred to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

During its tenth session, the Board of Trustees held its annual meeting with regular and new donor Governments and other interested Governments (see E CN.4 Sub.2 AC.2 2005 5 and Corr.1, paras. 31 and 32).

Following that request, reports (E CN.4 Sub.2 2000 14 and Add.1, and E CN.4 Sub.2 2001 11 and Add.1) and notes (E CN.4 Sub.2 2002 8, E CN.4 Sub.2 2003 8 and E CN.4 Sub.2 2004 13) have been submitted.
