In the article 6 of the same law

This article should be read in conjunction with article 10 of the same Constitution, which states

UN Model article 26 is very similar to (but not the same as) 2003 OECD article 26.

Coercion for the purpose of article 18 has the same essential character as force majeure under article 23.

The same definition appears in article 4 (1) (l) of the OECD Model TIEA.
