It was also noted that the proposed programme budget outline for 2006 2007 reflected the programmatic orientation of the strategic programme framework.

The Gender and Development Framework Programme (PCGeD), which has been in effect since 2000, has served to introduce an institutional framework specifically focused on the promotion of women and children.

Within the framework of this programme, projects were carried out in Croatia, India, Morocco, Nigeria and South Africa.
