The Individualized Integration, Training and Employment Plan is available to everyone looking for work, whether or not they receive employment assistance, employment insurance or other public income support.

The Public Service Commission is responsible for the administration of employment equity for the public service of Nova Scotia.

With regard to access to public service and employment, some clarifications are required.
