In the expectation that more regional courses will be organized as funds permit, OIOS considers that this recommendation has been implemented.

In that respect, we underline the complementary roles of the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, regional organizations, international financial institutions and the funds and programmes of the United Nations.
