We tend to exaggerate spectacular and rare risks and downplay common risks so flying versus driving.

And then, the systemic risks.

The risks include health risks from overcrowding and poor sanitation, increased vulnerability to natural disasters and risks of eviction and economic vulnerability because of the lack of secure employment.
