We are pleased to note that the draft strategy envisages a broad spectrum of mechanisms for addressing past injustices, ranging from a detailed assessment of the civil service to the ending of impunity.

After more than 10 years of development since 2004, the service certification project in our country had gone through a process of developing from scratch.
