On 8 August 2005, the working group unanimously adopted the present report to the Sub Commission.

Similarly, the Sub Commission had before it a number of working papers and papers of Special Rapporteurs that were relevant to the mandate of the working group which could provide information to the working group.

(b) Ms. Warzazi, Chairperson Rapporteur of the sessional working group on the working methods and activities of transnational corporations, presented the report of the working group on its seventh session (E CN.4 Sub.2 2005 22).

Members of the working group, Sub Commission experts and representatives of non governmental organizations made specific proposals for working papers and for a revised agenda.

Recommends that the Sub Commission request the Commission on Human Rights to authorize the Working Group to meet annually immediately prior to the session of the Sub Commission

However, those organizations now supported terminating the working group and moving the consideration of the issue to a sub item of item 4 of the Sub Commission's agenda.

Mr. Alfonso Martínez noted that the working group could not alter the Norms as they had been approved by the Sub Commission however, the working group could consider ways of putting them into practice.

At the 14th meeting, on 8 August 2005, Ms. Motoc, Chairperson Rapporteur of the sessional working group on the administration of justice, presented the report of the working group (E CN.4 Sub.2 2005 11).

Françoise Hampson produced a working paper (E CN.4 Sub.2 AC.4 2004 CRP.1) which was discussed at the twenty second session of the Working Group on Indigenous Populations and the fifty fifth session of the Sub Commission.

The sessional Working working Group group on the Administration administration of Justice justice and the Sub Commission as a whole may wish to consider requesting an expanded working paper on the case law of human rights bodies with regard to the right to a remedy.

The Working Group on Minorities of the Sub Commission, at its ninth session in 2003 discussed the role of NIs in protecting minorities with a view to exploring possible areas of cooperation between NIs and the Working Group.

The proposal to hold sub regional seminars has been made by the Working Group on Minorities and endorsed in resolutions of the Sub Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.

NGO Working Group on Girls, New York and Geneva ECE Working Group on Women Workin Group on Environment Working Group on Health Human Rights Working Group on Refugees Working Group on Traditional Practices Working Group on Nutrition all held Geneva.

They supported the proposal that consideration should be given to holding the meetings of the Working Group immediately prior to the Sub Commission.

The report of the working group will be issued as document E CN.4 Sub.2 2005 43 (see also paragraph 21 above.

In its resolution 2004 16, the Sub Commission decided to extend, for a further three year period, the mandate of the working group.

At its present session, the Working Group, will have before it the report of the Board of Trustees to the Working Group, which contains information on the activities of the Trust Fund (E CN.4 Sub.2 AC.2 2005 5).
