Discussions on this draft have been ongoing for several years and its submission is long overdue.

The Commission may therefore wish to examine at its fourteenth session further measures to encourage the early submission of draft resolutions.

The expert review team shall prepare a draft report within eight weeks of the due date for submission of the information.
