The Council members expressed their welcome to the signature of the Pretoria agreement by the Ivorian parties on 6 April 2005, under the auspices of President Thabo Mbeki, and called on all parties to implement fully the agreement.

We encourage the countries concerned to reach a regional agreement for peace, security, good governance and development in the framework of the second regional summit, to be held in Nairobi, and to scrupulously implement that agreement in order to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region.

18. Urges all States to apply the precautionary approach widely to the conservation, management and exploitation of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks, and calls upon States parties to the Agreement to implement fully the provisions of article 6 of the Agreement as a matter of priority

(q) The recent signature by the Sudan People's Liberation Army Movement of an agreement to prohibit the use, production, stockpiling and transfer of anti personnel mines throughout the territories under its control, and at the same time encourages the Sudan People's Liberation Army Movement to implement the agreement swiftly

3. Urges all States to apply the precautionary approach widely to the conservation, management and exploitation of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks, and calls upon States parties to the Agreement to implement fully the provisions of article 6 of the Agreement as a matter of priority

4. Emphasizes the relevant provisions of General Assembly resolution 60 251 of 15 March 2006 establishing the Human Rights Council, and in this regard calls upon the Council to implement the agreement

We urge that effective measures be taken to implement decisions that have already been agreed, so that we can build a foundation for rapid progress towards reaching agreement on the outstanding issues.

Canada was the first country to take concrete measures to implement the 2003 Decision of World Trade Organization members on the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and Public Health.

It has urged its member States to become parties to and implement the Agreement for the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels under the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals.

Accordingly, we welcome the agreement on movement and access that was concluded on 15 November between Israel and the Palestinians, and we call upon the parties to strictly comply with and implement it.

We also encourage States parties to ratify and implement the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Court, which is an important and necessary corollary to the proper functioning of the Court.

The parties in general, and especially the SPLM, need a great deal of assistance to enable them to fulfil their obligations and to continue to fully own and implement the Comprehensive Peace Agreement.

The correct and prudent course of action is therefore to implement the Comprehensive Peace Agreement while at the same time searching for a fair and just political settlement for Darfur and eastern Sudan.

68. Also welcomes the adoption of the South Indian Ocean Fisheries Agreement in Rome on 7 July 2006, encourages signatory States and States having a real interest to become parties to that Agreement, and urges those States to agree on and implement interim measures to ensure the conservation and management of the fisheries resources and their marine ecosystems and habitats in the area to which that Agreement applies until such time as that Agreement enters into force

It also gave a comprehensive mandate to the United Nations Mission in the Sudan (UNMIS) to help implement the peace agreement and to help address the root causes of the conflicts in the Sudan.

4. Urges all States to apply the precautionary approach widely to the conservation, management and exploitation of fish stocks, including straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks, and calls upon States parties to the Agreement to implement fully the provisions of article 6 of the Agreement as a matter of priority

The Secretariat and States Members of the United Nations should pay due attention to that abnormality and take the necessary measures to implement resolution 3390 (XXX) B of the General Assembly, which called for the dissolution of the United Nations Command and the replacement of the armistice agreement with a peace agreement.

6. Calls upon all Afghan groups to renounce the use of violence, respect human rights and international humanitarian law, respect the authority of the Transitional Administration and implement fully the provisions of the Bonn Agreement

The United Nations Office at Vienna agrees with the recommendation and has started to implement it by preparing a draft agreement that will be negotiated with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute.

The Government of the Sudan, which has made every effort to reach peace, is more keen than any other party to implement the Agreement and translate it into reality in every province of the Sudan.

According to the subsidiary arrangement of the trade agreement published on Monday, the new U.S. Mexico Canada trade agreement will retain the President Trump's ability to implement the threat to impose a 25 tariff on imported cars, while essentially exempting passenger cars, pickup trucks and auto parts imported from Canada and Mexico from paying tariffs.

6. Strongly supports the enhanced role of the United Nations Special Mission to Afghanistan in helping the interim authority to implement the Bonn agreement until it is integrated in a new United Nations mission in Afghanistan

(c) To take immediate steps to implement the 1994 Declaration of Principles, in particular to take all necessary steps towards the negotiation of a ceasefire agreement as agreed upon in point 6 of the Declaration of Principles

The US role as the invisible third party to the agreement involves a series of incentives offered to the regime in Khartoum to ensure agreement and implementation of a peace deal. In exchange for action on the North South and Darfur peace efforts, the US would implement a clear, sequenced, and binding path to normalization of relations.

82. Encourages signatory States and States having a real interest to become parties to the South Indian Ocean Fisheries Agreement, and urges those States to agree on and implement interim measures, including measures in accordance with resolution 61 105, to ensure the conservation and management of the fisheries resources and their marine ecosystems and habitats in the area to which that Agreement applies until such time as that Agreement enters into force
