(e) Under Republic of Tajikistan labour law, all citizens have equal opportunities in the sphere of labour relations. Differences based on sex that upset the equality of opportunities in labour are prohibited.

In addition, within the context of projects to eliminate child labour, national child labour surveys often provide statistical information about overtime child labour trends and are used as inputs for policy making.

Recently adopted legislation included the new Labour Law, the Law on Labour Protection, a number of regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on employment and labour protection and the Administrative Procedure Law.
