Article 156, Book II, of the Penal Code provides that Any conspiracy formed with the aim of committing an offence against persons or property constitutes an offence consisting of the sole act of organizing the group .

Clause 8 would make it an offence to knowingly deal in any terrorist property, acquire or possess terrorist property, enter into any transaction in respect of terrorist property, convert, conceal or disguise terrorist property or provide financial or other services in respect of terrorist property.

Moreover, the Code makes no reference to the victim's age, meaning that it does not specifically protect children and adolescents against this type of offence.
