Recalling the provisions of the Convention related to its implementation and to the obligations of the Parties,

2. The provisions of this article are without prejudice to the obligations of each State Party to fulfil its obligations under the present Convention.

There are also provisions establishing that certain obligations and liabilities regulated in the Instrument cannot be derogated from.

84. Clearer provisions were enacted regarding the obligations of the child welfare authorities towards children and young persons.

48. In order to fulfil the constitutional obligations to protect and support the Sorbs in both Länder simple law provisions have entered into force.

It was noted that the article did not create any rights or obligations and merely listed situations regulated elsewhere in the draft Model Provisions.

81. The obligations of establishments and workers in the field of occupational safety and health are determined in Part X Occupational safety and health of the Labour Code, as well as in Part I General provisions and Part IV Obligations of establishments and workers resulting from an employment relationship .

(b) Property rights created contractually to secure all types of obligations, including future obligations, fluctuating obligations and obligations described in a generic way

Recognizing that all States must respect the non refoulement obligations under international refugee and human rights law, while at the same time, pay full respect to exclusion provisions,

In implementing the provisions of those instruments, we commit ourselves to full compliance with our obligations under international law, in particular international human rights, refugee and humanitarian law.

The Committee may prepare general comments based on the various articles and provisions of the Covenant with a view to assisting States parties in fulfilling their reporting obligations.

The purpose of the scope provisions of the law is to specify the parties, the security rights, the secured obligations and the assets to which the law applies.

In implementing the provisions of those instruments, we commit ourselves to full compliance with our obligations under international law, in particular international human rights, refugee and humanitarian law.

Pending its entry into force, we call on all States to abide by a moratorium and to refrain from any action contrary to the obligations and provisions of the CTBT.

12. His delegation welcomed some provisions of the draft Convention, especially article 12 ter on the rights and obligations imposed by international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

Given also the extensive scope of spatial application envisaged, parties could use these provisions to avoid the obligations imposed on them by national law.

Those provisions of this Treaty that do not conflict with the legislation of the Contracting Parties and their international obligations shall be applied provisionally as from 1 January 1999.

Furthermore, some provisions of those types of treaties could be inconsistent with the obligations and rights of occupying powers in armed conflict and, as such, would need to be temporarily suspended.

The responsible State may not rely on the provisions of its internal law as justification for failure to comply with its obligations under this part.

2. The provisions of this article shall not affect the obligations regarding the criminalization of offences pursuant to any other multilateral treaty. Establishment of jurisdiction

Reminding all States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child of their obligations with regard to effective implementation of all its provisions,
