As we advance in the implementation of the completion strategy, it is becoming more crucial every day to bring those two indictees to The Hague, because any further delay will impact on the completion strategy.

Uganda was one of the first countries to reach the completion point under the enhanced HIPC Initiative, in May 2000, after reaching the completion point under the original Initiative in April 1998.
