Mr. Saha (Acting Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions), introducing the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ) (A 60 7 Add.9), said that the Advisory Committee viewed document A 60 424 as an interim report, since it fell short of meeting all the requirements of the requested implementation report.

This meeting was organized by UNCTAD in cooperation with the International Cotton Advisory Committee and the Common Fund for Commodities, and generously hosted by the Government of Mali.
