(e) Peasant leaders displaced peasant families

The policy of returning displaced families to their places of origin is deliberate and organized collectively through organizations such as the Lima Association of Displaced Families.

The first type covers the following issues families living in critical housing conditions homeless families female (often single) headed households displaced families (refugees and evicted families).

Internally displaced children separated from their families often face extremely precarious situations.

It was estimated that approximately 3,000 families were displaced during this period.

The status of families accommodating refugee or displaced children should be regularized.

As a result, 2,000 internally displaced families from Fallujah were identified to receive assistance, as well as an estimated 2,000 internally displaced families originally from Al Qaim and its surrounding areas.

The Committee urges the State party to give priority attention to the vulnerable situation of displaced families and children and ensure that adequate support is given to the reintegration of families and children who have returned to their places of origin after the end of the armed conflict.
