The following FATF style regional bodies were set up more recently the Intergovernmental Task Force against Money Laundering in Africa (15 jurisdictions), the Eurasian Group (6 jurisdictions) and the Middle East and North Africa FATF (14 jurisdictions).

Many jurisdictions already are working on the matter.

Solutions for this problem differ in various jurisdictions.

The following have been working for several years the Asia Pacific Group on Money Laundering (28 jurisdictions), the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (30 jurisdictions), the Financial Action Task Force of South America against Money Laundering (9 jurisdictions), the Select Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti Money Laundering Measures of the Council of Europe (Moneyval) (26 jurisdictions) and the Eastern and Southern Africa Anti Money Laundering Group (14 jurisdictions).

Transfer of Cases by the Prosecutor to National Jurisdictions

Many jurisdictions have developed restorative responses to youthful offending.

This is a structural problem present in most jurisdictions.

Anti corruption measures have been introduced in some jurisdictions.

Many jurisdictions have adopted some form of home confinement sanction.

Certain signatures in some jurisdictions had to be particularly reliable.

Criminals were now able to communicate with ease across jurisdictions.

In most jurisdictions, a general review mechanism applies to ERAs.

The International Criminal Court is complementary to national criminal jurisdictions.

The use of CACs under different jurisdictions was also strongly encouraged.

Similar information is required to be published in some jurisdictions reviewed.

As such, it may be vulnerable to objections from other jurisdictions.

States should be encouraged to ensure that judgements rendered in foreign jurisdictions concerning the protection of victims of corruption, or the remedies afforded to them, are enforceable in their jurisdictions.

Many jurisdictions have adopted a specialized approach to responding to domestic violence.

Despite this, accommodating pre trial prisoners is a problem for most jurisdictions.

The protection of witnesses must remain an ongoing concern of both jurisdictions.

The international criminal court must complement and not supplant national criminal jurisdictions.

The Prosecutor intends to transfer the cases of five detainees to national jurisdictions.

The Prosecutor considers that approximately forty suspects could be tried in national jurisdictions.

A number of jurisdictions have introduced specific targets for the system to meet.

The Prosecutor also intends to transfer some ICTR indictees to national jurisdictions for trial.
