According to the Labour Law, article 68, salaries of employees are defined by collective contract, labour regulations and work contracts as such, each salary is unique for a position, held by either men or women.

Recently adopted legislation included the new Labour Law, the Law on Labour Protection, a number of regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on employment and labour protection and the Administrative Procedure Law.

Changes in other relevant legislation on the labour market occurred in autumn 2000, with adoption of the Law on Changes and Amendments of Labour Law in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Labour Law in Republika Srpska, which introduced modern labour legislation and rescinded lay off .

According to these terms, Austrian law would govern the contract.

(80) The insolvency law should specify that the insolvency representative may accept or require performance from the counterparty to a contract prior to continuation or rejection of the contract.

If an employer is not able to secure reassignment, women have the right to a leave with compensation, pursuant to their collective contract and labour rules.

Second, the system of re education through labour, as regulated under Chinese law, shares many common features with criminal law sanctions.

Article 50 of this Law regulates the issue of concluding an employment contract for work conducted at home and Article 53 regulates the issue of employment contract for house keepers.

3. This Convention does not affect the rights and obligations of the debtor unless, at the time of conclusion of the original contract, the debtor is located in a Contracting State or the law governing the original contract is the law of a Contracting State.

If, by virtue of a declaration under this article, this Convention does not extend to all territorial units of a State and the law governing the original contract is the law in force in a territorial unit to which this Convention does not extend, the law governing the original contract is considered not to be the law of a Contracting State.

Under the applicable German law the arbitration agreement validly became part of the contract when the respondent did not object to its inclusion in the confirmation letter and started performance of the contract.

If two private parties concluded a contract electronically, the rules of private international law would apply, i.e. the law of an individual country not of an REIO.

The union is concerned with the betterment of labour's legal interests through law, primarily the Labour Law, as well as monitoring the privatization process.

Nor did it substantially consider the publication of information on procurement contract awards (article 14 of the Model Law).

The requirement on the publication of a notice on contract awards was included in the Model Law only in 1994.

Civil law provides for the possibility of emancipation, in which a minor who has reached the age of 16 may be declared competent if he is working under a labour agreement, to include under a contract or with the consent of his parents, adoptive parents or guardian, or is engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

An employer cannot refuse to employ a pregnant woman, cancel her labour contract or, except in cases when it is in the interest of her health, reassign her to other positions.

Laws and regulations had been amended to incorporate a gender perspective they included the law on land ownership, the law on marriage and the family, labour law and the law on the land use transfer tax.

The Committee noted that section 123 of the Regulations implementing the Organic Labour Law states that anyone wishing to obtain employment and who has family responsibilities must, all things being equal, be preferred by the employer under the terms of section 29 of the Organic Labour Law .

There is however no labour law under which a woman who works for a family enterprise can claim remuneration.
