We are open to all sincere efforts leading to peace and stability in Nepal.

Our appreciation also goes to the Secretariat units working in this field for their efforts and solid preparation that culminated in holding this important meeting and the activities leading up to it.

All States concerned should therefore make significant efforts to conclude negotiations leading to comprehensive nuclear disarmament.

As a member of both UNDG and the UNDG Executive Committee (ExCom), WFP participated fully in leading these efforts.
