The Committee shall seek the cooperation of the State Party concerned.

The Ozone Secretariat is also requested to report back the information received from the exporting re exporting Party to the importing Party concerned

The Committee is concerned about the very low unemployment benefit coverage in the State party.

Any information considered by the relevant branch shall be made available to the Party concerned.

The Party concerned shall be given an opportunity to comment in writing on such information.

The enforcement branch may put questions to and seek clarification from the Party concerned, either in the course of such a hearing or at any time in writing, and the Party concerned shall provide a response within six weeks thereafter.

The Committee is equally concerned about the high incidence of child abuse in the State party.

The branch shall indicate to the Party concerned which parts of this information it has considered.

(c) With the consent of the Party concerned, as requested by the Committee from any source.

5. Following its visit, the Committee shall communicate to the State Party concerned its observations and recommendations.

The Committee shall seek the cooperation of the State party concerned at all stages of an inquiry.

If so requested in writing by the Party concerned within ten weeks from the date of receipt of the notification under section VII, paragraph 4, the enforcement branch shall hold a hearing at which the Party concerned shall have the opportunity to present its views.

The Committee shall submit to the State Party concerned a recommendation in the light of the response provided by that State Party in accordance with paragraph 2 above.

The enforcement branch shall forthwith, through the secretariat, notify the Party concerned in writing of its final decision.

(c) If he she is a national of the State party concerned or is employed by that country.

The Party concerned shall be provided with four weeks of receipt of the draft report to provide comments on it.

It invites the State party to take into consideration the way in which the groups concerned perceive and define themselves.

Where the Committee deems it warranted, the inquiry may include a visit to the territory of the State party concerned.

At the request of the Party concerned, eligibility may be reinstated in accordance with the procedure in section X, paragraph 2.

The designated members shall establish, in cooperation with the State party concerned, the conditions and guarantees required for conducting such hearings.

The findings of the Committee shall be forwarded, through the Secretary General, to the complainant and to the State party concerned.

The Committee may request the State party concerned to provide the member or members designated by the Committee with any information that they or the State party may consider relates to the inquiry.

2. The Subcommittee on Prevention shall publish its report, together with any comments of the State Party concerned, whenever requested to do so by that State Party. If the State Party makes part of the report public, the Subcommittee on Prevention may publish the report in whole or in part. However, no personal data shall be published without the express consent of the person concerned.

The relevant branch shall forthwith, through the secretariat, notify the Party concerned in writing of its decision, including conclusions and reasons therefor.

The Committee is concerned at the increasing incidence of sexual exploitation and abuse of children as mentioned in the State party report.

The Committee may indicate, if it deems it necessary, the type of information it wishes to receive from the State party concerned.

The Committee shall invite the State party concerned, through the Secretary General, to cooperate with it in the conduct of the inquiry.

The secretariat shall forthwith make available to the Party in respect of which the question of implementation is raised, hereinafter referred to as the Party concerned , any question of implementation submitted under paragraph 1 above.

Within six months, the State party concerned shall submit to the Committee written explanations or statements clarifying the matter under consideration and the remedy, if any, that may have been taken by that State party.

The State party concerned shall submit within three months to the Committee written explanations or statements clarifying the case under consideration and the remedy, if any, that may have been taken by that State party.

The Committee may ask the State party to submit information at a specified time before the next reporting session of the State concerned.

The enforcement branch shall forthwith, through the secretariat, notify the Party concerned in writing of its preliminary finding or decision not to proceed.

The Committee is concerned that, as noted by the State party, the Constitution is inconsistent with the non discrimination provision of the Convention.

The Secretariat shall be responsible for the distribution of the Committee's final decisions to the author or authors and the State party concerned.

The Committee may request the State party concerned to nominate a representative to meet with the member or members designated by the Committee.

(a) That the individual claims to be a victim of a violation by the State party concerned of the provisions of the Convention.

4. If the State Party agrees to the visit, the Committee and the State Party concerned shall work together to define the modalities of the visit and the State Party shall provide the Committee with all the facilities needed for the successful completion of the visit.

2. Before an observation on a State Party is published in the annual report, the State Party concerned shall be informed in advance and shall be given reasonable time to answer. This State Party may request the publication of its comments or observations in the report.
