(c) Co chairs of the Open ended Working Group In accordance with decision XVI 41 of the Sixteenth Meeting of the Parties, Mr. Tom Land (United States of America) and Mr. David Okioga (Kenya) served as co chairs of the Open ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in 2005.

5.9 New States Parties shall be required to make contributions for the year in which they become States Parties and to provide their proportion of the total advances to the Working Capital Fund at rates to be determined by the Meeting of States Parties.
