7. Turning to the processing of claims, the Governing Council has before it for its consideration two reports.

There are 2,74 claims for C4 CPHO losses and 65 claims for C4 MV losses in the fourth instalment.

The Panel subsequently determined that the claim submitted in respect of one of the two Iranian nationals was not eligible for filing following the receipt of information that the individual was not in fact a deceased detainee, leaving only nine claims for the Panel's consideration ( nine additional deceased detainee claims ).
